“Community Banks and Credit Unions continue to face the traditional problems of marketing to their customers. The pandemic has made it that much worse. Customers aren’t going into branches like they used to. They expect more-and-more to have their financial institutions deliver products and services to them. Digital has continued to grow in importance. Financial institutions are realizing they have to speak to their customers individually and not en masse. ChannelNet has “cracked the code” – having developed a better way to establish one-to-one personalization to each customer. The answer is not just developing a database with the right data for targeted communications but sharing information with each customer that means something to that customer – when it is important for them to see it. The key is connecting the dots - communication built by knowledge of that customer with actions taken by that customer and leading them to the answers to their questions”

“With over 40 years in the Automotive Industry, I've seen that most OEM's have at least four separate systems to communicate with consumers. Typically, these systems are not integrated and do not combine efforts to drive owner loyalty, resulting in a barrage of overlapping and poorly timed communications to consumers.

The most cost effective solution that I've seen that solves this issue and improves customer loyalty is ChannelNet’s PURLs (personalized URLs). PURLs integrate the OEM’s systems as well as the dealer’s inventory systems. This enables the OEM to offer well-timed, personalized offers and incentives based on existing inventory.”
